No update when received I-485 Medical RFE
Hi all,
I got medical RFE for my I-485 application but the USCIS didn’t update this event to the tracking system. And the RFE was sent from New York FO, so clearly my case has been transferred from NBC to NY FO but this event wasn’t updated either. I’ve submitted my medical about 10 days ago, still no update or receipt.
Should I be worried? Does anyone have similar experience too? #I485 #RFE

Me almost the same. Instead o Ny was Atlanta office. Almost 60 days ago. And my process got the "glitch" the finger prints were taken 15 days after RFE Medical was sended.

Hi Jui, I also submitted my response to medical RFE on 10/17 (delivered). No updates yet. My case was transferred from NBC to AZ FO. I'm raising a service request after 60 days.
P.S. My friend had a similar experience and after almost three months, his case was approved without an interview. He only received the last decision. I know, it's very confusing.
