Hello, I have my case status stuck at 'Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction' dated April 20, 2022. --- My case was transferred to Newark FO and I am EB3. April 20, 2022 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction April 19, 2022 Your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, was transferred to another office for processing. March 16, 2022 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, were taken. February 7, 2022 We received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. --- And in July 2022, I received RFE non-medical. In January 2023, I got through Emma and put a request in for a status check and the response said, 'We are still reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision.' Is my timeline normal? Am I being impatient? It's been a rough 2022 and 2023 and I need some hope..I got audited for i-140 and received a RFE for i-485..
