JUST GOT AN RFE FOR OUR I-485 (EB1)
Hi everyone! me and my husband have been on a long journey trying to get our GC through his job. We got 765 approved and 140 approved earlier this year and we are just missing AoS 485. #i-485 #rfe
We just found out USCIS sent an RFE. What could it be? i am suspecting it could be medicals. Our medicals are from Feb 2021 and we submitted our case in July 2021
what do you guys think?

I did. me and my husband (EB1 C petitioner) received RFE for medicals in June. sent them back in July 19. my husband got 485 approved July 23 and my case says RFE received since 45 days ago @dj singh
