Did not receive RFE and online status did not indicate RFE was sent
I reached out to the congressman who inquired on my case, and USCIS responded saying that an RFE was issued on March 27th. I never received this RFE and they never updated my case status to show that an RFE was issued. I would have been waiting in vain if I didn’t reach out to the congressman.
I have created a service request to let them know I didn’t receive this RFE and I have sent them a letter.
my question is how long does one have to respond to RFE? it has been more than 30 days since they said they sent the #RFE

call the contact center and ask them what was your RFE about .. online service requests will take a long time to get a response

@M A if it’s rfe for medical it’s 90 days

@M A they told me in March that they issue RFE I still have not receive the letter. I check my document section nothing it was not until after 2 weeks the letter came under document section, however up to now so sign of the physical letter

@roro April 2022 it is a VAWA case cannot get any information over the phone
