RFE sent on time - but showing as received after deadline
Hello everyone.. I sent my RFE response before the deadline. I have proof of delivery as well as signed from usics.. However my case status was updated a week later, to show they have just received my RFE response.. this is after the deadline.
I asked "Emma" and they say their system show it was received yesterday (so after the deadline).. The person on the live chat said they don't know if I will be denied or not.. any suggestions? Thank you #RFE

i dont think you should panic just yet. you have proof that they received before deadline. online status update is not reliable. did anyone or anywhere mention that it was past deadline specifically??

I sent my rfe medical later June and I'm waiting for the notice that they received it. My case is like: rfe was send to you, only.

I had the same issue. USCIS page showed they received my RFE after dead line (July 5th), but my lawyer had the proof they had received two days before. I didn’t have any problem. My RFE was approved.

No need to panic since your mail was delivered to uscis before the deadline. My rfe response was updated as received 2 wks after it was delivered by usps and my case later got approved thankfully.

I received RFE from a field office. No update after fingerprint in case status. Even no update after sending the RFE response yet. They are so lazy asshole
