Please read the instructions well concerning your bc, your birth country may have a different form that the USCIS will like to see on your file. That happened to me. Good luck!

you shouldn’t ignore the notice. Read the RFE well, and you should mail it again. Sometimes it’s USCIS who’s at fault; however, just comply with the request of evidence, otherwise you may be jeopardy of getting denied.

@Tavo Benitez Yes I will reply to that. What I'm curious about is how they treat my documents. I paid $700 for the medical exam. They have to be careful because all the documents contain my information. Also, my medical exam was only 11 months 🤦‍♀️ less than 2 years..

yeah, they’re like that. You just have to comply because they’ll just deny your application, and that’s likely to happen. So, even if it’s not our fault, we just need to go with the flow and just respond to it. They received your RFE but probably it was a different agent who looked over your file and just decided to request another RFE.

The same happened to me, BC and medical exams. My lawyer decided to send a letter explaining that these documents had already been sent. In the meanwhile, USCIS made the retrogression and now I’ll have to wait. We end up spending $1200+ and sending the exams again. Good luck!
