sent mine December 30th and still nothing from them.

they received my rfe almost a year now still nothing!!!!!

so the initial process for vawa is literally 3-5 years omg 🤒🤒 sick of waiting I might give up pretty soon so exhausted checking my status online only to see that nothing has changed 😞😢😭

it took 5 month to ve my vawa Approved after I submitted rfe.

@Missy May it all varies depending on your case but it usually comes down to . good faith of marriage basically . maybe more pics, the doc you submitted needs more clarification, affidavit from friends / family etc. it's usually nothing of a big deal and there's ample time given

@Missy May oh! I resubmitted the absolute divorce , I wrote name on my keepsake marriage certificate. added more pics I ve, resubmitted leasing and utility and 2 affidavit.
