Yes, I had asylum case in court that I need to to hire a good lawyer to help me to dismissed that removal, otherwise still gonna be pending @free life

six month After dismissed, Uscis reopened the application and approved the I 130 last month and send me rfe For medical and sponsor I did this with my lawyer and I send it to them with overnight. They got it on Tuesday and they approve it today with no interview . I got an update new card is been produced today morning. @freelife

you’re right @Abdelrahim dout cause the one I got before after waiting more than 02years Uscis never reopened my I485 cause my lawyer never called them. and I ready get my I130 approved more than 02 years and asylum dismissed almost 02 years also

@Abdelrahim dout please tell me i lost my asylum case but I applied for appeal so my appeal is pending do you think that can be the reason why my case is delayed (3years now) my lawyer said I’m not on removal proceeding so that is not the issue it’s true ??? they just renew my work authorization, what do you think about ???

If you have your case pending in court They will delay your process until your case get dismissed. @Alain giresse sonna

Hi brother, you need to get yourself a good lawyer to dismiss your asylum because you no longer need it if you have I-130. they are expensive, of course, but it’s worth it because of the waiting time. @k j

You don’t need your 130 to be approved to dismiss your asylum case. As soon as the asylum cases dismissed, they will reopen your I-485 and the I-130. they waived my interview.@k j

Hi @k j if you are currently in removing proceedings because your asylum claim has been denied you have to wait for your I130 to get approved then file a motion to dismiss your case and finally file your I485 or get your I485 reopen. I just went through the same process.
