Has anyone received a NOID/ request of evidence due to record not reflecting a marriage? at the time of filing no evidence established the claimed relationship?
we submitted our marriage license, we have kids together, joint bank account, ect…
we received a NOID letter
do approval still happen after getting a NOID Letter

a NOID or RFE its just a intention of denied so dont worry...i mean its not the ideal but not bad either...they do tons of mistakes lately..just answer as better tou know and dont worry by the way i have the same pd july 2022 hopefully everything is done
