“We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of the security checks” ?
Hi everyone! please help if anyone is experiencing the same situation. I filed a case on April,2022 and still waiting for an approval, waited outside the normal standard time, I made an inquiry and I received an email saying to wait for security checks. It’s ridiculous that I waited more than 4 months since the day my RFE was received just for security checks? I don’t know what to do anymore because everytime I contact USCIS, they kelp telling that there’s nothing they can do because the case is not in their hands. Seriously how much longer I have to wait 😭#RFE #securitychecks

I’m in exactly the same situation!!! Filed April 2022! stuck in security checks since then! I don’t know what the hell tbat is! 0 movement.. no RFE.. nothing … case completely stuck! I don’t know what happens when it goes to security checks…

@diane tran Waa the RFE for security checks? like was it related or not related to background ? all I was told is that my case is delayed and we can’t give you a timeline and it’s stuck in security checks

@april 2022 I also did contacted my senator and congresswoman but no response. How long did they take to respond to your emails?

@april 2022 I don’t even know what to do except crying every day. Seeing people in 2023 getting approved is upsetting, happy for them but really sad for us.
