NVC Status after submitting documents
Hello everyone,
After you have submitted the required documents for both the Petitioner and Applicant along with Civil Documents does the case status still remain as Submit Required Documents ? On the website all fees show as paid and all documents show submitted. Is this normal? Even lawfully says Submit Documents. #nvc #i-130 #iv application #ceac

I woke up this morning with an email of DQ, I was so afraid of getting a RFE, but thank God everything went well and now we are just going to wait for an interview appoitment.

NVC email but nothing new
Hey there, I got an email that there was a change to the status of my CEAC. When I log in there is nothing new and there are no new messages. I have already received a "Case FE review" in September and uploaded everything that they asked for on November 1st. I then received this a email on December 9th. is this good or bad news? #nvc #email #cr1

Hey everyone, I am LPR filled for my spouse F2A case abroad and got approved, currently, we have submitted all docs to NVC and now it's under process. My spouse has given birth recently and we are still in the process of getting the newborn a passport and birth cert, my question is how and where can I add the newborn child to the case? #nvc #Lpr #f2a

hi, i have my interview tomorrow in germany and the embassy website said my passport must be valid for 6 months beyond visa issuance. my passport expires 10th april 2023, so in 5 months. are they strict with that? will i need to apply for a new one and send it back to them? or will they still approve me? pls help #nvc #passport

The first document submission was on October 12 and NVC reviewed the documents on November 25th;
NVC has rejected the I-864 and asked me to submit the I-864W instead for my minor child. I have submitted the new form right away.
I have replaced the document in CEAC and the new document kept the first same submission date (October 12)
I’m wondering how long does it going to take NVC to review the I-864W submitted on November 25?
How can I expedite my NVC case number creation?
My fiancé and I applied for our I129F on July 5th 2021.
We got our NOA1 on July 12th, 2021.
We got our NOA2 on September 22nd, 2022.
Now we are still waiting for the NVC to send us a case number. Does anyone know how I can get access to this so we can start our application process asap?? I already sent the NVC a public inquiry 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. Our embassy is Beirut, Lebanon. Like everyone here, I'm desperate for answers and help! hey hi, i got my i824 approved follow to join for my wife (residing at home country) what are the next steps?? i heard i will get a welcome letter from nvc? what's written in nvc welcome letter?? and can we schedule our own visa interview appointment?? or nvc will do the scheduling like in i130??

NVC case number
Hello everyone, I have not received any correspondence from the NVC since I received my Approval Notice Letter on August 2, 2022, for my 1-129 Visa.
I communicated with NVC, and they say they don’t have a record of receiving my approved petition from USCIS, so they will contact USCIS to determine the location. But I haven’t received anything. So I contacted USCIS, and they said, “Once an initial I-129F petition has been approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, it is forwarded to the National Visa Center, which is an entity of the State Department (DOS). The State Department (DOS) controls visa issuance. Once with the State Department, USCIS no longer has jurisdiction or access to the petition.”
What should I Do now? Neither of them gives me an answer. I should contact the State Department to see if my case is stuck there. ???
