I got NVC approval for my mom. at the same time for my father they said "Please replace marriage certificate, Upload with scan of the original language document and certificate in English translation". I had already uploaded original marriage certificate of my parents with notery. my parents Don't have native Language marriage certificate. they never got it. is anyone had same situation like me? please help me out with it. #parents #NVC #IR5
Anyone who received I-824 approval to send approved I-130 to NVC?
My I-130 is approved but USCIS retained my petition because of my mistake on I-130 but I don’t recall exactly how did that happen. They’ve asked me to file I-824 to request USCIS to send approved petition to NVC for consular processing. I’ve filled I-824 a month ago but I’ve not heard anything yet. Do we’ve anyone who has gone through this type of situation and received I-824 approval recently? This is so frustrating 😓 #i130 #i824 #uscis #nvc
Filling out DS160 while at NVC - K1
Our case was approved on June 10 at USCIS. I don’t know when USCIS sent the case to NVC. We haven’t gotten the welcome letter yet. Are we able to fill out the DS160 before getting our NVC case number? Or do we have to wait until it arrives?

We are currently waiting at NVC for Brazil. Do we get a NVC case number before they officially review all the documents? Or do we have to wait until everything sent to NVC to be reviewed before getting the case number?

nvc ceac “application error”
we received a request to upload another financial document (tax return) on the nvc website ceac, but whenever i click on “incomplete”, it kicks me off the website. it says “application error, please try again later” and i have to log back in.
has anyone experienced this? i have already tried different devices, different browsers, it’s been over a day now. i’m worried

Question about expedite request
hi everyone I’m trying to see if I can #expedite my #NVC interview psychologal trauma grounds. (I’ve been suffering thru deep depresion) so family reunification is something that the doctor is suggesting. my question independently that my expedite request gets approved or not, does that affect me negatively during the interview? would the US govt see me as a public charge and deny me the visa ? #expediterequest

Nvc require W2/1099
Hi everyone! I just got the feedback message from nvc yesterday , they require my husband fill out every 2021 W2/1099 forms . Few months ago, my husband sumited all transcrips ,tax return, income documents already and they all approved. But they request W2/1099 now and my husband is a self employer , so is hard to get 1099 . In my case, what we suppose to do?

WHAT SHOULD I DO!
I applied for F4 visa in 2009 June, at that time my son was of 5years old and my daughter was of 4years old but due to COVID-19 our priority date stop moving and from 2021 it is stucked on OCT 2007 I want to know how much time it will take to move yet my childrens are now 17 and 18 what should I do as if they get older 21 I want to know about how time it will take for processing.

NVC Interview Times in Peru
Hello, I am reaching out here because I am desperate for answers! My older brother unmarried got petitioned by my US Citizen Father back in 2014, his case is Approved and now awaiting interview in Peru, his case became DQ August 2021. We have not got any new as to when the NVC will schedule his interview we are in need of answers! My brother was like a second dad to me and I will be getting married September 2022 and I would be devastated if he can’t be there. We were very hopeful that by now he could have got his interview but sadly nothing yet, now it’s to late to postpone my wedding. If any of you have any tips on how to speed up the process or now what is the time frame for interview in Peru for F11 Visa, I would greatly appreciate it. What is the next step after IV application completed? My Ds-260 was submitted a week ago. And lawyer told me that he has sent all supporting documents to NVC via mail.
Does anyone know if there will be new link open to submit documents online? Or we have to send documents via email?
