Hi Guys,
I have received my I-130 approval on 24th August 2022 after waiting for good 22 months for this day however on the approval letter they asked me to file for I-824 because i choose both the options of AOS and immigration visa overseas i guess. i have filed for I-824 because i didnt want to delay my process even a single day now as its quite frustrating that i again i have to go through the waiting period and have heard that this a least priority form in USCIS.
Any suggestions to what can be done parallel to I-824 processing period to get my approved petition sent to NVC

Confused with NVC status
I just got an email from the NVC that says my documents have been accepted and that I am documentarily qualified and will be scheduled for an interview at the consulate, however I also have a message in CEAC that says my sponsor does not meet the income requirements and that I need to add a joint sponsor. When I log into CEAC both spots where your documents are submitted say "Accepted". I'm confused, are my documents fine or do I in fact need to submit more documents for a joint sponsor? Could I just bring new documents to the interview or does it have to be uploaded to CEAC now? Any help would be greatly appreciated! #nvc
Divorce during application process - CR1
We filed the I-130 14 months ago and ended up filing for divorce before USCIS made their decision. The divorce is not yet finalized, and a couple days ago, they approved the case. Obviously, I’m no longer seeking immigration at this point. Does anybody know how to proceed here? Should I let NVC know about the divorce and if yes, how?
In the email they sent about the case, it says that if you don’t file further documents within a year, the visa gets terminated automatically. I just don’t think waiting is the best option, considering I also need to apply for a tourist visa whenever I want to visit the US next time. I feel that disclosing the divorce from the very beginning would be the safest option to do so.

Ghana Embassy wait time
From what I've been reading in groups, seems like the wait time at the Ghana embassy is about 2 years for most people to get an interview. However, I'm also seeing some people getting interviews for shorter periods after being DQd. Sadly, Haven't seen anyone getting an interview after being DQd this year.
Is the long wait time just for K1 or also affects IR1/CR1?
Aside expedited cases, what possibly makes some cases move faster to get interviews than others? Or everyone is on the same waiting list from 2020
While waiting for an interview, can your spouse(married) apply to study in the US and come on another visa? Do the study visas move faster?

My I-130 is approved but USCIS retained and asked me to file I-824 in order to request USCIS to send approved petition to the NVC. My I-130 is retained due to a minor mistake I’ve made while choosing the immigrant visa application location. Recently I’ve seen a lot friends are receiving approved and retained I-130 petition is being sent to the NVC while I-824 is pending. I got NVC approval for my mom. at the same time for my father they said "Please replace marriage certificate, Upload with scan of the original language document and certificate in English translation". Filling out DS160 while at NVC - K1
Our case was approved on June 10 at USCIS. I don’t know when USCIS sent the case to NVC. We haven’t gotten the welcome letter yet. Are we able to fill out the DS160 before getting our NVC case number? Or do we have to wait until it arrives?

nvc ceac “application error”
we received a request to upload another financial document (tax return) on the nvc website ceac, but whenever i click on “incomplete”, it kicks me off the website. it says “application error, please try again later” and i have to log back in.
has anyone experienced this? i have already tried different devices, different browsers, it’s been over a day now. i’m worried
