USCIS to NVC (EB3, i-140) Timeline
Hello Guys.
Please, share your experience with timeline of the Welcome Letter receiving (Time of moving of your approved EB case from USCIS to NVC).

Mine is EB2 got approved in November and received NVC welcome letter in March.

I don’t know what is exact reason of this delay.
My I-140 NIW petition(regular processing) approved on 15th July and I am still waiting for welcome letter.
I have seen several candidates, who received welcome letter within a week and also many candidates, who received welcome letter after few months. Don’t know the actual reason..

I am still waiting for the welcome letter after my i-140 was approved on 23rd of June.

The problem is in Texas service center. They don’t want to transfer our approved files to NVC😭😭😭

You are right, the major delay is from USCIS. They are not transferring our petition to NVC and @Di Si, we don’t know the reason.

Hello, my I-140 was approved on May 18th (Texas Service, Premium Processing) and I got the WL on July 27th, after sending several emails to NVC and USCIS. As it happens, we sent an email to the Texas Premium Processing address, and the day after the case got transferred, not sure if this always works but my advice would be to do that after 30 days.
