IVP for my wife while my case is at NVC
Hello, I filed I-140 with my wife and myself planning on doing IVP. However, I filed I-485 while the case was at NVC. I got it approved recently. Can I file IVP for my wife with the current application at NVC or should I have to go through I-824 route? #NVC #IVP #824
