How can I expedite my NVC case number creation?
My fiancé and I applied for our I129F on July 5th 2021.
We got our NOA1 on July 12th, 2021.
We got our NOA2 on September 22nd, 2022.
Now we are still waiting for the NVC to send us a case number. Does anyone know how I can get access to this so we can start our application process asap?? I already sent the NVC a public inquiry 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. Our embassy is Beirut, Lebanon. Like everyone here, I'm desperate for answers and help! hey hi, i got my i824 approved follow to join for my wife (residing at home country) what are the next steps?? i heard i will get a welcome letter from nvc? what's written in nvc welcome letter?? and can we schedule our own visa interview appointment?? or nvc will do the scheduling like in i130??

NVC case number
Hello everyone, I have not received any correspondence from the NVC since I received my Approval Notice Letter on August 2, 2022, for my 1-129 Visa.
I communicated with NVC, and they say they don’t have a record of receiving my approved petition from USCIS, so they will contact USCIS to determine the location. But I haven’t received anything. So I contacted USCIS, and they said, “Once an initial I-129F petition has been approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, it is forwarded to the National Visa Center, which is an entity of the State Department (DOS). The State Department (DOS) controls visa issuance. Once with the State Department, USCIS no longer has jurisdiction or access to the petition.”
What should I Do now? Neither of them gives me an answer. I should contact the State Department to see if my case is stuck there. ???

Update on Worldwide Visa Operations
So as some of you may have seen the U.S. Department of State put out new information concerning visa applications and stated "We urge any visa applicant who can travel to another embassy or consulate with shorter wait times to consider doing so.

Criminal Record
Hi everyone, I had some questions I was hoping maybe some of you may know the answers too.
Quick background: My husband lived in the US from ages 6-23. Before his father was deported his family left willingly. My husband has one DUI because he could not serve 200 hours of community service due to the fear of losing his full time job, he chose jail for one week. We are doing a spousal visa. (No need to say anything negative about the DUI, multiple lawyers have stated one DUI with no aggravation, and no alcoholism is not a problem AT ALL.)
1. My husband is currently filling out his DS-260, he is going to of course say he has a dui record, but since we are living in Mexico we are unable to obtain his criminal record from our hometown in Illinois. Where do we go from here?
2. Must you upload your criminal record with your DS-260 or can you just say in the additional information section that you were unable to obtain them due to your not being in the US?

administrative processing
So we applied for K1 visa March/8/2021 and my
interview was April 6/2022 in Jordan (I'm Iraqi living in
Jordan) and everything went well except I needed to
resubmit 3 documents since 2 of them were
expected and the other one needed to be certified
and the visa officer told me to send them with my
passport so they would print the visa for me, I did
everything he said and sent the documents and the
passport April/21.
April/26 they sent me an email with 10 questions to
answer like parents names and place of birth and ex
name and birthday and so, I sent the answers
immediately and the next day they sent me my
passport back with no visa and an orange paper said
"Administrative Processing" and I have to wait for
them to call me
Nothing updated since then and I and my fiancé sent
them emails and nothing happened they don't answer
the calls we even went to the embassy and they
didn't let us in or even to talk to anyone in charge
We called the senator and they didn't do anything.
What we can do to solve this problem? How we can

Eligibility to submit I-824
hello folk,
I am planning to submit a I-824 for my wife in few days, but not sure if I am eligible and if it is good enough ( need to submit I-131 or not).
I married 2 days before that my I-485 got approved, while traveling with AP.
my I-485 is employment based, and my marriage date is before I-485 approval. I am planning to ask a follow up to join request via I-824 and skip sending I-131.
please advise me, thanks.
