How did you apply for expediting via e-mail or through your file?

I did it via email

I’m waiting for an answer as well I have 10 days waiting, this is my 3rd attempt the last time they denied my request in 3 business days

Our expedite request were approved by uscis based on medical emergency. however,the embassy in Armenia did not granted the approval

Thank you for your patience. We sent your request to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in ARMENIA. However, they cannot expedite this case. To be fair to all applicants, the Department of State schedules immigrant visa interviews in the order that the cases complete processing at the NVC. We will continue to work with you on this case. After we receive the required fees and review the documents, we will schedule a visa interview appointment.

We received a decision very fast . It took 2 days . We want to reapply after DQ at the NVC . Submitted all thé required documentation on December 9

The consulate at home country only took 2 business days to respond to the expedite request ? @ S T

Yes. The NVC sent our case to the embassy but the outcome of decision came from NVC

@GT no updates here still waiting for an answer, hopefully is a positive answer this time that is taking so long, the past 2 expedite were denied in 4 days

so once again my expedite was denied, I think I’m getting hopeless 😞

embassy in Yerevan,Armenia. We sent our expedite request twice -denied. But at least ,there is no backlog at the embassy in Yerevan . it will take approximately 2-3 months for the interview Waiting to be DQ at the NVC since December 9.
