How can I expedite my NVC case number creation?
My fiancé and I applied for our I129F on July 5th 2021.
We got our NOA1 on July 12th, 2021.
We got our NOA2 on September 22nd, 2022.
Now we are still waiting for the NVC to send us a case number. Does anyone know how I can get access to this so we can start our application process asap?? I already sent the NVC a public inquiry 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. Our embassy is Beirut, Lebanon. Like everyone here, I'm desperate for answers and help! did you receive your second approval in the mail? NVC account information is sent via email have you checked

You are waiting for your welcome letter from the NVC. You probably have not received it because your embassy might be backlogged. It might take a while!

The NVC just replied to my inquiry and they said that they have no record of our petition. They said it takes up to 6 weeks for the USCIS to send it to the NVC and it's been 8 weeks for us. Does this mean our case is lost?

NVC is the National Visa Center. It is where your case is sent after it has been approved by USCIS. At the NVC, your case is there for a bit until it is sent to your embassy.

hey C.M N. any updates did you receive your welcome letter from NVC? I got approved on OCTOBER 03 and didn’t receive any updates yet from NVC

i got approved on September 22, 2022. I received a letter from the department of state on November 22, 2022 (however the date on this letter was 11/09/22) stating that the NVC received my petition and that they will now forward my petition to the u.s. embassy in CDJ. that letter only included my case number and not the INVOICE ID NUMBER. I contacted the NVC several times to get that number and did but sadly I can’t pay any fees yet for some odd reason! anywho I’ve contacting the consulate and just two days ago they told me that I have an interview on 01/12/2023. this whole case has honestly been all over the place I still haven’t paid anything but I have an interview scheduled. I call every day to see if I can pay and im not able to but they all tell me about the interview and tell me to attend.
