National Visa Center Response Delay IR1
We submitted all documents on the 1st of July. Received that we were missing some documents and uploaded them all. Since July 29 2022 we have not heard back from them with a response. We are going now almost 6 months. I put in an inquiry in December and they let me know my "documents" were received and to look a the "Time Frames" They have passed the day they responded to my email inquiry and nothing. Has this happened to anyone? Any suggestions? #NVC #Approval #Response #IR1
K1 case approved, NVC processing
Hello immigration family!
Our I129F was approved on September 21, 2022.
I emailed the NVC several times and finally received a case number on January 6th 2023. In that email, they gave me the case number and said "you will be notified once your petition has been forwarded to the assigned embassy.."
Does anyone know how long this takes? Do I need to take any action at this point? Should I wait for the notice from the NVC saying that they sent my petition or do I have to submit any documents for them to do that? Where do I submit the necessary documents and pay all the fees?

Please if you can help me I would appreciate it
I am filling out the I 864 form and in part 6, there is this question about the "current individual annual income".
I haven't filled out the 2022 tax return yet so the income for the last three years that I entered are 2021, 2020 and 2019. Is this correct?
Now, however, I do not know what I should answer to this question. Do I still enter the annual income of 2021? Or do I count the annual income of 2022 based on the paystubs, since as I said, I have not yet filled in the 2022 tax return ?
Of 2023 it would be impossible to enter anything, because I have neither a paycheck nor the tax return, wouldn't it?

NVC Inquiry
I sent an inquiry form telling them I submitted the document they asked from the RFE note. Letting them know I sent it November 29 and they Haven’t reviewed my document. Also, stating that they started working on cases after November 29.
they responded with this
“We sent a message to your account through the online Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) at https://ceac.state.gov letting you know that some required financial documents are missing.”
I log in and there is no message.
Has this happened to anyone?

CR1- How to send docs via email to NVC after submitting to CEAC
I submitted all documents to NVC but I believe I also have to send NVC the docs via email. There is a Cover sheet that I am unable to find for my case. Is this an old practice? Or do I only submit via CEAC and not email?
