my case was approved 3 days ago and and they send it to the NVC but I’m waiting for welcome letter any idea how long it takes to get it ?

I’m currently waiting on my husband to receive his interview letter. we got DQ on Oct 19. good luck at the NVC stage!

In how many months uscis approved you?

@Ru Ru 11.5 months, then we submitted i-824 and had to wait another 2.5 months for case to be sent to NVC

@Samah we received it in about 3-5 days by email, NVC will not send anything by mail

i am also bringing my husband to the US from the DR. we submitted I130 1/27/22. Nebraska service center. our case was transferred to Texas (presumably because I moved from the midwest to texas in October). we got USCIS approval on 11/10/22 (approval letter visible in document section of online account) but the account status didnt actually change to “approved” until 11/15. received NVC welcome letter 11/19. submitted NVC documents 11/27. still waiting to be DQ’d.

same NVC timeline. I submit ds-260. i,864 and civil documents, December 11, 2022.

@Julie G yes we are hopefully expecting to get his interview letter by the end of January or middle of February because it is looking right now that people are getting their letters when being DQ for 3 months or at the most 3 months and 3 weeks🥹🥰

I’m bringing my husband from DR. submitted documents on April 21,2020. Actively reviewed since February 17,2022 and still waiting for approval letter😔
