NVC and Frankfurt Consulate
Anyone else waiting for NVC and Frankfurt consulate to schedule an interview? How long does it normally takes for Frankfurt to give out dates? I got my case DQed December 21st 2022 and I haven't heard anything since then. #frankfurt #Germany #nvc #dq

Frankfurt excepted my expedite request dec 23rd. I still have not received an email with instructions on how to make an appointment. so I would say they seem a bit slow.

I bet the holidays slowed the communication between NVC and Frankfurt down a bit. I can tell you about my experience from 2019 (and 2022- after all pandemic chaos, we had to reapply for the visa). Our Financée petition was approved in September 2019 by NVC and I wasn't able to make an appointment until December 2019. That's how long it took for transfer of documents. Hopefully it will be a bit faster for you. Once Frankfurt has their hands on your case things will go quick. I was able to schedule an appointment for two weeks after I got notified (in 2019 and the second time in 2022). Good luck with everything. I was a big fan of how accommodating Frankfurt was after the whole pandemic chaos (just to give you some good news in this immigration jungle).
