I received the same email and no changes when I log in the website

I got another email from them today saying the same thing (there has been a change to the status on your account) but when I log in there is still nothing new. maybe I’ll see a change tomorrow

same thing heppening to me since May 2021, and finally today I got email that says my case is documentarly qualified ,,,and check the next step by logging into NVC account but no change in NVC account,, I don’t know What should I do now??

Good afternoon, I want to consult something on December 13 and 14 I received two emails from nvc saying that they updated and sent me a message, there is no message and there is no update, I made two queries with them which were answered and they tell me that I must send again a document that they sent me the message that is in my ceac account, but there is nothing, everything I don't know what to do, they only respond to a generic message saying to enter the account but you don't see anything in the account everything is the same 🙁

I completely understand your frustration! it’s the same basic thing happening to me. I hate that we can’t call NVC to get a strait answer but we must continue to use their public inquiry and have to wait like 2-3 weeks for a response that doesn’t even answer our request.
