Hi all, My F2A I485 is still pending since my medical rfe response 20 days ago. FO is Newark. Combo and I130 got approved in Dec 2022. Yesterday I called and Emma agent told me that he saw (from internal logs i guess) that officer was working on my case two days ago. Anyone has idea how long my 485 will be approved? Derivative i485 | Using biometric notice instead of receipt notice

Hello everyone. I have a pending i485. Now, to file i485 for my spouse, I need to send evidence of my pending case. I didn’t get the receipt notice but I have the biometric appointment notice. Can I use this as evidence of my pending case. It includes almost the same information as the receipt notice. Has anyone used biometric notice instead of receipt notice as evidence for derivative application? Please share your experiences. Thanks #i485

i called uscis in Nov and spoke with a live agent, they said an officer will call me back i just got a call some minutes ago today and they said i have to go to the houston field office tomorrow for answers to my questions as they are unable to provide me with anything. i submitted my rfe over 7months ago and i have not heard anything about my i485 reason why i called their office i am a bit nervous, has anyone experienced this?please share #vawa #i485 #rfe

my patience is running thin. RFE response was received for medical. case was actively processing in October. sent two enquiry requests for i765 but no update. How long should we wait? so unfair seeing newly submitted application got approval within a year. Heard they're working fast on the new fillings to look good on their timeline, but forgot to process old applications. hello everyone! 👋 I have a question regarding the congressman.
