Derivative i485 | Using biometric notice instead of receipt notice

Hello everyone. I have a pending i485. Now, to file i485 for my spouse, I need to send evidence of my pending case. I didn’t get the receipt notice but I have the biometric appointment notice. Can I use this as evidence of my pending case. It includes almost the same information as the receipt notice. Has anyone used biometric notice instead of receipt notice as evidence for derivative application? Please share your experiences. Thanks #i485

i called uscis in Nov and spoke with a live agent, they said an officer will call me back i just got a call some minutes ago today and they said i have to go to the houston field office tomorrow for answers to my questions as they are unable to provide me with anything. i submitted my rfe over 7months ago and i have not heard anything about my i485 reason why i called their office i am a bit nervous, has anyone experienced this?please share #vawa #i485 #rfe

no luck with expediting/enquiry

my patience is running thin. RFE response was received for medical. case was actively processing in October. sent two enquiry requests for i765 but no update. I chatted with live agent and they said the system doesn't show my interview was waived. i am not sure what my options are here. any advise? #i765 #i130 #I485 #enquiry

Heard they're working fast on the new fillings to look good on their timeline, but forgot to process old applications. Can congressman speed up green card process?

hello everyone! 👋 I have a question regarding the congressman. My priority date is current since October when it was transferred to NBC. Its been almost 60 days and USCIS doesn’t give me any updates or adjudication on my case. Hi all, I got medical RFE for my I-485 application but the USCIS didn’t update this event to the tracking system. And the RFE was sent from New York FO, so clearly my case has been transferred from NBC to NY FO but this event wasn’t updated either. Hi guys! I just wanna know your experience please. I have I-130 and I-485 with my ex since last year. Both case are never withdrawn and I asked to hold my I-485. This year, I filed for VAWA. So do you think they use PD of I-130 for my VAWA? I have heard that we can ask to transfer but I’m not sure my lawyer did or not or USCIS will automatically do that.
