guys what does it mean when your case goes back to NBC FROM FIELD OFFICE AFTER SENDING RFE MEDICAL TO FIELD OFFICE ?? lemme know plz

it normally means they probably waived interview and nbc is gonna approve it

is your i130 approved? my i130 was approved at NBC and my i485 is at Kendall Fo Miami but I live in Maryland ever since I started my process.

I filed concurrently and my pd was July 2022 got work permit august 2022 and 130 nor 485 is approved but I did get a rfe for medical and it was sent and they responded so I’m just waiting
but agents told me it’s at NBC now
