A few details on our case, I hope they are helpful:
ROW-Current, Priority Date May 27, 2021, not concurrent filing, MSC22907XXXXX series, filed AOS on August 24, 2022, fingerprints at NYC, Manhattan office. Filed Medicals (including Hep B and COVID) since the beginning.
Approval January, 23rd, 2023 for both Primary and one dependant. Total processing time 5 months. Processed at NBC since the beginning, never transferred.
After 6 years in the USA, this has been the best news, and we are nothing but grateful. 🙏

I485 moved from NBC to San Jose FO.
After my EB1B I140 was approved, I filed my 485 which went to NBC at first and now got transferred to San Jose Field Office. My AP, EAD have been approved.
Did any of your 485's go to SJ FO as well ? If so how long did it take (counting days only AFTER SJ FO transfer) to get approved? or how long have you been waiting ?

Expedited VAWA Approved, I-485 Transferred to NBC, How much longer until I-485 is Approved?
Hello, My VAWA case was approved on October, 2022 after an Expedite Request. I-485 was transferred to NBC for faster processing.
Last I-485 update was on November 4th, 2022, “Case was Updated to Show Fingerprints were Taken. It has been around 4 months since then.
How much longer do i need to wait for any interview, medical, or approval notice?

- 22 November 2022, Got SSN Card
- 4 Desember 2022, apply AOS & send packaged
- 5 Desember 2022, Packaged Received
- 22 Desember 2022, NOA1
- 27 Desember 2022, RFIE was sent
- 31 Desember 2022, Biometric Schedule
- 31 Desember 2022, RFIE letter received (ask doc to make sure my husband USC)
- 31 Desember 2022, Sent back RFIE form + evidences (copy paspor & birth certificate)
- 6 January 2023, USCIS received RFIE respond
- 19 January 2023, Biometric Appointment (they took my photo & recorded my fingerprint)
- 19 January 2023, status changed “case actively reviewed by USCIS”
- 6 April 2023 Interview was scheduled
- 11 May 2023 Interview Appointment

50 days since medical rfe! Atlanta FO. no updates 😕
I received medical rfe by mail on oct 28 and submitted my rfe on Nov 23 to Atlanta FO. no updates on the case status. been 50 days! Emma says to wait for 60 days to submit service request.

F2A 485 at Newark FO
Hi all,
My F2A I485 is still pending since my medical rfe response 20 days ago. FO is Newark. Combo and I130 got approved in Dec 2022. Yesterday I called and Emma agent told me that he saw (from internal logs i guess) that officer was working on my case two days ago. Anyone has idea how long my 485 will be approved? My FO is Newark, so maybe I should expect longer wait time? Thanks all #newark #F2A #I485
