I130 approved..I485 pending
Hi everyone!
I applied for AOS through marriage in September 2022. I filled I130 and I485 concurrently. Yesterday, I received a notification that my I130 was approved. I haven't received any updates regarding I485 nor the interview, yet. Today I received an RFE for the Medical Exam to be completed before May. Has anyone had a situation like this? I have always thought that I would need to take my Medical Exam form to the interview, and that I130 is approved only after the interview. Thanks In advance. #i485 #i130 #ead
Am I being unrealistic?
My husband and I filed I-130 and I-485 concurrently on August 8, 2022. He had his biometrics in September; we heard nothing until late January 2023, when we received an RFE (for I-130). We replied quickly and the USCIS website updated to reflect receipt.
We didn't submit the medical exam concurrently, so we are still expecting an RFE for that.
We are hoping to travel to his home country in early May, around 60 days from now. Is it unrealistic to think his GC could be approved and issued by then? #i485 #aos #i130
I-130 approved but I-485 still under review
Hello everyone,
My case was received on March 7th 2022. I got a notification saying action was taken two days ago. I logged in to my account and saw second review under both my I-130 and I-485 applications. I got approval on I-130 and it shows case closed yesterday but 485 is still under second review. Any thoughts on what to expect or anyone in similar situation? F2A I-130 and I-485 Concurrent Filing
Hi everyone,
Does anyone know whether for concurrently filed F2A petition, the I-130 and I-485 will be adjudicated together or separated? Will I receive I-130 first, then wait for a bit more before USCIS process I-485?
I was told by USCIS agent that I can submit inquiry for I-130 since it's out of normal processing time. Should I do that or continue waiting since ultimately I-485 approval is all that matters?

Courtsey Letter for medical
Hi,
I have received approval for I 130 last month. And my wife who is my sponsor received an email yesterday regarding medicals from uscis. I have already submitted medicals with my initial application. I don't see any update on my online account under documents and there is no status update. Anybody in similar situation please let me know what should be done?

Timing after Medical RFE from Phoenix FO
I recently delivered the medical to my non-local FO, Phoenix. The status online updated on February 7th to "request for evidence was received". Today, February 23rd I still haven't heard anything about my I-485. I-130 was approved on January.
Does anybody have any experience with this Field Office?

Whats the best way to submit the requested evidence for Expedite Request?
I solicited an #expedite request and got a letter asking for #evidence to support it. In the letter they don’t specify where to send it to or how.
How can I send it? do I have to scan print and mail the evidence? or is there a way to do it online?
Also did you make a cover letter when you sent your evidence for expedite?
If you have done it before I would appreciate the help, thanks.
