atleast you have recieved a confirmation.I didnt its been 121 days for me since they recieved my medical.Just contacted a live agent he said the earliest i can submitt questions is may 2026.I sent i-485 June 2021.Ridiculous

my case moved to NJ FO December 2 hope to receive medical RFE soon

@H Nas they should have done an inquiry just to make sure they even received it, it’s been a month for me and I don’t know if they even got it

it’s beyond stressful.I really don’t know what else I can do.We did everything we could.

My passport expires Feb 2024 so i hope I have green card by then to go to my country to renew it

that’s just crazy I don’t know why they even put on the paper to contact them after 60 days if you haven’t hear anything from them

It’s kinda disrespectful to be honest,because we are trying to do it the right way and we have to wait years and years to get an approval or answers

exactly as soon as I hit the 60 days I’m gonna call them and hopefully I get to speak with a nice representative who’s willing to submit the inquiry cause I just want to make sure they received it

over 4 months for me now after they received RFE response. When I tried to get an update they referred me to the processing times page and ended the chat 😑🙄

doesn’t make sense to do a service request they did one for me and it’s if we need anything further we will let yk blah blah your case is processing normally

it sucks that they sent a rfe literally stating send it back asap to get timely response and it’s literally about to be 3 months since they responded to receiving my rfe for medical and nothing

@ari reed that’s the thing I don’t even know if they received it I just want them to confirm they did

my case hasn’t been updated to even show they sent an rfe out so I don’t know if they’re going to even update it to show they received it

@ari, I feel your pain and understand your frustration. I’ve been waiting 4 months to date for an answer after submitting my RFE. I have to tell myself that the day will come.

I have deleted an app that I used besides lawfully.@Rosh faith🤞🏼 I also told myself I will delete lawfully because it stresses me out.lol.

me too I need to delete this app and stop checking uscis website everyday because it will literally drive you crazy I’m not even joking

going there everyday even three times a day knowing damn well nothing is there

@H Nas @ari reed I check it so often myself just to see if they even schedule interview to get everything together, at this point I give up

@my rock I agree. I’ve seen other post from applicants in other states who get responses 2-3 weeks after. With how urgently they wanted a response to the RFE, I thought I would have adjudication shortly after. Hope is a good thing to have in these times because it’s out of our hands and in theirs. I have to tell myself at times that maybe they are over worked and understaffed just to find reasons as to why so many of us are still waiting. Hoping for approval letters for all of us as soon as possible.

mine lasted for 8 months before I hit approve and it’s been more than 10. days now I still haven’t received my card can you imagine

😔this whole process is beyond depressing. it’s been 6 months since I submitted my medical rfe. I haven’t heard back from them since then

i did multiple times. all they keep saying is your application id within normal processing times. it’ll be 2 years in July since I filled

my goodness.They said same thing to me and I submitted my I-485 June of 2021

I think we should all come together and protest! they are putting millions of lives on hold , sometimes I even wonder if anyone works at that field office, pretty sure our applications are full of dust and spider nets 😞
