is it me alone or these Emma agents are so rude for no reason like abruptly ending the chat etc like we are just trying to make an honest living like you guys are smh it’s very sad how they treat us

out of 10 reps I spoken to recently only 4 of them were very helpful.

and on top of that each one gives you a different answer I literally spoke to two in the same day and both gave me diff answers as to the location of my case

stick up with the answers from good reps. those 4 reps I spoke and who did their best in assisting me - they have given the same answers, they confirmed day by day the movements
of my cases.

but while you guys are here do yk why it might be that after sending your rfe medical to field office and the responded that they received it why it would be sent back to nbc cause they told me it’s now at nbc which I don’t understand why

ari I don’t know your situation but I would advice you to chill for a bit because this is not gonna change anything concerning your case. uscis do whatever they want even though it’s kinda frustrating. just take a break from contacting them and let things play out. your time will come soon. the more you call them, the more anxious you’re going to be. just an advice

live chat once told me my case would be completed Feb 12th, another time the live chat told me august 2023… I’ve been waiting 15 months.. such different responses. no wonder everyone is so stressed. the situation is hard as it is.

yeah, they don't want to be bothered if your case is still in normal processing times. which makes sense. but we all are super impatient and excited about getting approved ASAP :)))
