I want to know too, because my case is at FO

same and I gave them rfe for Medicals and they are reviewing case again but I’ve seen people say it’s not a sure thing if it’s in your home field office

I got mine’s from my field office so let’s see what happens

I got a rfe as well and case just got to a FO in my state, however the office is 9 hours from me..

i think it’s the FO who decides whether interview is waived or not. but one thing for sure, if your case is at FO, you’re just waiting for interview schedule or decision which takes a looooong time. mine was transferred because we changed address so I know our case is with FO

@dianne on the rfe for my medical it says I need to submit the complete form I 693 for them to make a final decision on my case hopefully it’s waived🙏
