Oh, so thankful and feel like sharing our journey. If you have any questions I'll do my best to answer. And I wish you all the best in your cases as well. ✨
A few details on our case, I hope they are helpful:
ROW-Current, Priority Date May 27, 2021, not concurrent filing, MSC22907XXXXX series, filed AOS on August 24, 2022, fingerprints at NYC, Manhattan office. Filed Medicals (including Hep B and COVID) since the beginning.
Approval January, 23rd, 2023 for both Primary and one dependant. Total processing time 5 months. Processed at NBC since the beginning, never transferred.
After 6 years in the USA, this has been the best news, and we are nothing but grateful. 🙏

Congratulations!! Did you check with emma a couple lf days before they were approved and they told you it was at NBC never transferred?

Hey AG, no I didn't. My attorney filed directly to NBC and all notifications thereafter, even the i485 approval, came from NBC.

Hi Daniel, I think it varies. Everything seems so random with USCIS, and it also depends on the type of case you file. If your case is family based, it will differ on Employment based cases processing times.

Hello @Hope I'm not sure about Nebraska (cases starting with LIN) my case was at National Benefits center (NBC, Missouri) all the time

@Thankful Fairy Could you please tell we what’s the 90days rule? I’m in Stem OPT status, and my lawyer said that I have to wait 90 days to file 485. It's true?
