AOS denied. what to do next?
Hi Everyone. I got my case denied because I didn’t provide evidence of my lawful status. I have talked to 2 different lawyers: one says I will get a deportation order if I don’t send a motion to reopen after 30 days. the other says I won’t get a deportation order and I can build a stronger case and re file. who do I believe?
I have asylum pending since 2017 (I applied way before my duration of Stay ended) so i never accrued unlawful presence. and I also have TPS approved.

USCIS is on approval spree
I’ve been hearing left-right-center - approvals from USCIS.
GC WAITER - turns to be - GC HOLDER (future).
Due to Covid & corp Policy my employer waited till last year of my visa to support me file my GC.
My visa expires in 12days, with no option to extend. With only so many days left on my visa with no more extn. possible - god blessed us with this approval.
Concurrent filing: mid Sep’21
Biometric: end Nov’21
140 Approval: end Jun’22
485 moved to NBC: 8 Jul’22
AOS approval: 4 Aug’22
Don’t loose hope. Hang in there, your prayers will be answered very soon. I went thru the most stressful patch and with God’s blessing the doors opened, I pray for y’all to get your approvals very soon.

ir1/f2a I-485 field office Newark nj. 2022 application submitted.
I have been submitted i130 on 29/09/2019 and get interview in February 7th 2022 and approved on 8th February 2022. Then I submitted I-485 in 02/08/2022 and still in reviewing the case biometric reused . Based on f2a but later submitted my partners citizenship copy to upgrade from f2a to ir1 on April but they receive on may 2022( still no upgrade on online ). Field office Newark nj. No status update yet. Anyone else as my situation? Or receive any update based on similar situation? Please inform me. Thank you

i140 pending more 180 days
Hi!
I’m having a hard time with my original employer. they got 2 rfe on the i140 and they are not going to respond cuz they can’t provide the documents uscis are asking. I sent my i485 in December 2021 and my i140 as well (concurrent). The question is… I have a similar job eligible to get my case and continue my process i140 and i485, but my i140 still pending with rfe… Can I still send the AC21 and do the job portability ?! and the new job keep my case?! please if someone got the same problem or know someone that got that with success pls tell me, cuz I’m so sad that is happening… I can’t believe it 😭#i140 #aos #i485
Interfile Medicals
My i-485 got transferred and I’m trying to interfile my Medicals, since I haven’t gotten an RFE yet. I contacted Emma live agent and they informed me it got transferred to NBC but I have to use my local field office for processings time- Baltimore. I’m wondering, where do I send my Medicals to; NBC or my local office? I plan on getting two copies but I want to be sure I’m sending the first one to the correct center. I know interfiling isn’t guaranteed but it’s worth the try. Has anyone had any similar experience?. #transfer #interfile #medicals #i485
