Humble Request for Everyone
To Everyone using lawfully. I see many posts where folks are successful in getting their case expedited but when someone asks how or what was the reason one used they go cold and not answer. Please don’t be this person. Everyone using the app and going through the Life and Times of USCIS knows how hard it is right now. Please everyone show some compassion and share what methods work for you. Always remember it might have worked for you but it may/may not work in our case. Thanks

From what I have seen over the past 6 months is that most expedite cases get declined. As tas smith said death and financial loss are valid reasons and also if you or your spouse is actively in the military. I have seen many cases of illness including terminal cancer get declined. Its a cruel cruel process. Good luck.
