Hi Lawfully community. My case was approved! 🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏. Eb2 NIW. However the dependent case still the same. Anyone with similar experience?
The dependent applicant case still showing that " case was transfered and a new office has jurisdiction ".
Anyone with EB2 NIW is/was in the same situation? How long it took to update for dependent? Thank you!

June 29. I-140 Approved
July 29 Case transferred to NBC
August 8 - received RFE medical
August 10 - I-765 approved
August 24 - sent medical to Atlanta field office
September 4 - I 485 approved " new card is produced"

Any reason to be worried?
I'm looking at other people's timelines and it seems that i485 have been moving through quite fast after being moved to NBC. My eb1-c has been there for 35 days now, and it's been just over 2 months since i-140 approval.
I'm getting case status anxiety lately, should I be worried?

Is AOS always transferred to NBC or FO? or NSC can directly approve without transfer?
Have heard that USCIS is processing EB1 & EB2 cases as a priority prior to fiscal year end on 30 September!
my Question is that will my AOS case (LIN222455xxxx) be transferred to NBC or FO for further processing and approval? or can NSC directly approve without transfer? assuming there is no Interview… please comment

Received RFE letter through mail, but no case update for two weeks
Hi Lawfully community,
I received RFE letter for I485 through mail on August 6th and mailed back the response in the following week. But the USCIS online case status hasn’t changed ever since. Is this normal? has anyone encountered this scenario? #I485 RFE
AOS denied. what to do next?
Hi Everyone. I got my case denied because I didn’t provide evidence of my lawful status. I have talked to 2 different lawyers: one says I will get a deportation order if I don’t send a motion to reopen after 30 days. the other says I won’t get a deportation order and I can build a stronger case and re file. who do I believe?
I have asylum pending since 2017 (I applied way before my duration of Stay ended) so i never accrued unlawful presence. and I also have TPS approved.
