I-175 and I-485 marriage based
hi guys I am wondering if this will be good or bad news. My pd on both applications are Sep. 30,2021. I have an I-130 approved since June 2021 and I did my interview but my first I-485 application was denied. Anyways, today I chatted through Emma with a Live Agent to inquiere both cases. My I-765 I submitted an inquiry last Saturday and the agent saw my request. The live agent saw that my I-485 is outside normal processing and submitted an inquiry for me.I got an inquiry number right away after minutes that I finish chatting with the live agent. how long does it take to get an answer by USCIS? is this good bad any, someone with a similar experience? My case is NBC and my field office is Mount Laurel, NJ. #Emma #marriegebased #i485 #i765

why your first I485 was denied ?

@Rocco yes I did i had to reapply for the i485. they denied me because I didn’t use an advance parole. I went back to my country using my student visa to attend a funeral. I didn’t know at time I had to expedite that advance parole before leaving. I didn’t use a lawyer because my application was straight forward. I had to hire one after my case was denied
