we just got the notification from the portal that our interview for marriage based I-130 and I-485 has been scheduled 🎉
I wanted to ask if anyone has experience at this office ? And if so, how did your interview day go? What did you bring all? What did you wear? Did you bring the whole package that you sent with the application or just new evidence?

I-130 permanent resident filling for a spouse
My case status changed to actively reviewed after 100 days.
We applied on November 25th, 2021. My husband is a permanent resident and I’m from Germany.
Our case is at the California service center. Did anybody had the same case and the same service center like us? if so, how long did you have to wait for the approval?

anybody has similar experience my mom interview for i485 was done on September and they said card would arrive in 90 days nth yet but uscis account still says interview was scheduled but her I130 got updated saying case is approved it was filed seperately I sent e request they said it on pending adjudication#i485 #i130

Once I received the card my lawyer will make a motion with the immigration judge to dismissed my removal proceedings as I got a better remedy.

2- What will happen to the i765?
3- when can I expect the status to change for card bein produced?

We filed i-130 abroad online on April 29th 2021, got actively reviewed on September 29th, and today it changed to actively reviewed again so I checked the documents tab on USCIS account and there I saw our approval letter. I wish the best for everyone else. #i130 #Vermont

Doubt (help appreciated)
I moved to the US in July 2021 with a tourist visa. My wife and & I committed on December 2019 after 5 years of relationship but we couldn't get married due to covid (she is a US citizen who always lived in Mexico, I am a Mexican doctor)
When we arrived to US we finally got Married in July 30th
