Texas Service Center
Hello there. My husband is an American citizen and we applied to CR1 visa.. Our PD is 03/05/2022. So I wanted to ask is there anyone from that time frame and at Texas Center got approved or got any notification? Thank you all. #cr1 #i130 #marriagevisa #turkish #turkey #american

I applied for my wife in June of 2021 actively reviewing since October 2021 Texas service center nothing since then been 9 months. I wouldn’t expect anything on your case until at least March 2023

@Casey Morey thank you. But I’m kind of hopeful because we got our “actively reviewing” status at the same day when we applied. I hope everyone gets their visa asap. 🥲 Thank you all for the responses. @Sofia Carloss hi, what do you mean you can help me with it?

I see. Thank you @leo pap, it’s been helpful. Though, lawfully was showing 8 people got approved from our time frame at the Texas Center when I opened the pro version. I hope everyone gets approved soon..

@t b From USCIS to NVC, it took 3 months to be DQed. It would have taken less but they asked for other documents after we submitted what they received. DQed the 1st of this month. I guess this month you should get your application DQed
