filed april 28 still says case received.so hasnt helped me

u should file ur k3 before 5 month pass of ur i130 bt u file late. but anyway all depends on luck if it is work. don't lose hope

but let it pass 30 days see what happens

I filed k3 yesterday I didn’t know about it until recently, so I pray it works in my favor

130 pd is Aug 5,2021 and k3 is April 28..all at potomac centre and still waiting

i strongly believe that any moment from now I would get my approval

k3 and 28 July and i130 28 may. both in potomac. i130 says 1st actively review on July 6th.

@Anyday now. No offence but your PD is December they haven’t approved all June filers so be patient a bit. I know it’s hard. Also K3 is down to luck doesn’t help eveyone but it’s free so you can try

Potomac service center is so slowly, I'm USA citizen I married to my husband outside the country I filed my 130 September 17 2021, active review sence September 28th nothing yet 🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
