Hello Goodnight. I need help because 352 days ago today I submitted my petition i-130 category f1.
my form is located in downtown potomac
I would like to know how long my request is taking. I already had an IR-2 category green card but I stayed out of the country for more than a year due to medical problems and I had to start a new petition. I still have a valid green card. #i130
How long it takes to receive a new update for status Actively reviewed for I-130 form , for Immediate Relative (spouse) inside of the US ?
July 8, 2022 ( I completed the biometrics ) and USCIS case status shows : Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS As of Sep 20,2022 we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number IOE0xxxxxxx. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you #i130 #i485
i485 interview waived
Applied i485 on April 2022. I called USCIS today and came to know that my interview was waived back in July 2022. Current status is showing “Case is being actively reviewed by Uscis”. anybody went through same situation? if yes, what happened after that? how long does it take to get the approval? #i485 #AOS #i130
My pd is Oct 2012, f3,California sc. This is virtually 10 years ago and my case hasn't been approved yet! Anyone else with similar atrocious processing time? kindly share your PD. Love from Nigeria.
