Applied i485 on April 2022. I called USCIS today and came to know that my interview was waived back in July 2022. Current status is showing “Case is being actively reviewed by Uscis”. anybody went through same situation? if yes, what happened after that? how long does it take to get the approval? #i485 #AOS #i130
My pd is Oct 2012, f3,California sc. This is virtually 10 years ago and my case hasn't been approved yet! Anyone else with similar atrocious processing time? kindly share your PD. Love from Nigeria.

Request For Evidence
I just received our RFE in my documents tab on USCIS. It has an upload link with the documents, but it also has a photo that says to scan the document and place it first on top of our foreign marriage certificate before sending. So does that mean my options are to just upload our marriage certificate without the Scan Front Page, or we have to mail everything in as well? #RFE #I130

Could anyone tell me when will be next available slot for i130 Interview for my local field office?????
My Case is out side of normal processing time, When I Contact with USCIS they Send me this email :
"Your petition information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for interviews at their local Field Office. Interview appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the Field Office. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an Interview Appointment Notice to appear at a certain date and time at your local Field Office. You must take the Interview Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment.
