Any Thoughts ? When will be the available interview slots for my local field office?

Field office: Nebraska Service Center has transferred to Taxes Service Center.
Citizen Spouse petition.
Local Field Office : 26 Federal Plaza, Manhattan, New York City, New York.
Could anyone tell me when will be next available slot for i130 Interview for my local field office?????
My Case is out side of normal processing time, When I Contact with USCIS they Send me this email :
"Your petition information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for interviews at their local Field Office. Interview appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the Field Office. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an Interview Appointment Notice to appear at a certain date and time at your local Field Office. You must take the Interview Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment.
