they ask for 2 photo means you can't send them online. I think they send you written paper for RFE. Just send the photo at the same address which is written on the envelope

If you didn't get RFE by mail then go a head and submit it online if your getting that option !!

@ sh I submitted my i130 online in March 2021 in May 2021 I got an rfe for 2 passport size photographs and in July 2021 my i130 wad approved ...my case was at Nebraska service center
