Request For Evidence
I just received our RFE in my documents tab on USCIS. It has an upload link with the documents, but it also has a photo that says to scan the document and place it first on top of our foreign marriage certificate before sending. So does that mean my options are to just upload our marriage certificate without the Scan Front Page, or we have to mail everything in as well? #RFE #I130

Put coversheet paper on top, RFE letter second than marriage certificate . upload them in one pdf

i will suggest a better to do this and not risking any issues in the future just send the photos every proof you have through mail, that’s what i did if you want i can send you a YouTube video to show how you can prepare everything, so simple and low of cost, my case got approved, and you need to put the cover sheet paper and a copy of the notice as the want you in the notice and the address they want you to mail everything to

no need for mail just do it online it’s faster to get responds . i did it online after 4 days of upload i got approval
