Second Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS
For the second time saw *#Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS* #today. Our previous status was rfe reponse received- May 20,2022. Checked the documents tab and there is no approval. (Really had my hopes up to see an approval since seems that was the case for others on here)
Does this mean good news or regardless of our PD-April 1st 2021, we are back in the line. Also, we already sent an inquiry after we passed the 60 days mark after May 20th so how long do we have to wait before sending another inquiry?Please any feedback will be appreciated #i130 #texas #approved

it seems they are reviewing the RFE you send and are working to fit that into your case. usually it takes up to 120days latest.

@lebeni we didn't get any response for the rfe. It just showed they received it on May 20 and next update was yesterday with the AR

Fufu, I am in the same boat. pd is Jan 23 2021 Texas service center. first actively reviewed April 29. request for evidence on may 3 2022. RFE received on July 9. actively reviewed since July 11. I am lawful permanent resident filing for spouse overseas.still waiting. Did you get approved?

My case i130 i was apply december 10/2021 it was showing aug15 case is been actively reviewed still no response!!whats the next steps
