its was a lot of questions but i answered everything honestly and at the end the gave me the regular white paper and that was it

he did not talk about the 601 application? usually they make a decision the day of the interview

did you at least got A travel document and a work permit??

no nothing really mentioned he said he needs to work on the waiver application as well. and yes i do have a combo card but I’m too scared to use it as my case is really critical

I have almost the same story, applied first in 2016, got denied in 2018 , and reapplied in 2020 and still waiting, it took a lot of our age for a paper process and really for what, god knows hang in there god will always have the right time comes through 🙏🏻

but the lawyer is saying about traveling abroad with the travel document?

Almost same case. Dead scared to travel outside. Had to reschedule ticket some many times. Will like to know if anyone with similar case travelled outside and back without issues. (Marriage based, i130 & i485 pending after 2020 interview)

it’s risky to travel outside the country when i601 is still pending. very risky. my lawyer told me not to go anywhere close to the border.

why you file the 601?
