hi I did receive below RFE , so for below I will send all docs available on IRS website but wondering if any extra form is needed , no so sure what is for federal tax return , and state and federal tax disclosure. I will appreciate your inputs

I chatted with a Live Agent this Morning via Emma & I was told my cases are still @ the National Benefits Center. I filed my cases "I-485, I-131, I-765 in November 2022. I got the I-765 approved in April. So far so good, USCIS says my case is progressing normally.
I read about people having their cases being transferred to Field Office & they get their approval within a short while. A lot of people that filed after I did have had their cases approved. I filed with a valid Non Immigrant visa with no case of overstay. Should I worry about my case being stucked @ the National Benefits Center?
Please, kindly advice I am feeling very sad now.

Hi everybody, my PD is February 2022, filed concurrently. And I finally got I-130 approved on July 10th 2023 (yayyy) , I-485 being actively reviewed since July 8th 2023. Would you guys please share with your experience how long it took you to get a decision on i485 after i130. I-485 / I-130 Concurrent filing - US Citizen sponsoring Parent
I am hoping to receive some guidance/info on a medical RFE response. My mom received the RFE for medical from the USCIS on March 1, 2023. The completed paperwork was delivered on March 16, 2023, per our tracking info given my our immigration attorney.
It's been over 4 months now without any response from USCIS. Our immigration attorney tells us to be patient. My mom's online account says she has passed the response date, and USCIS will consider this when reviewing her case.
We have completed a service request online but that has been one month without any response from USCIS. Has anyone else been in this situation? Do we just sit back and be "patient" as our immigration attorney tells us to do? Any feedback will be appreciated.
We filed our case on 7/29/22 at the Dallas FO.

RFE for I-130
After receiving RFE for I-485 (sponsorship document) on Jan 4 and submitting it on March 8th. we again Received RFE for I-130 (more proof of a bonafide marriage). Does this mean our case is more likely to be denied?? have any one of you guys gone through same situation, if Yes please let me know how it was. Finally Approved
Below is my timeline. The first RFE was to send in our taxes for the most recent year. The second was for the medical. We submitted the medical along with the other forms
(#I-485, #I-765, #I-130, #I-131). However, there were changes to the medical requirements and new forms for 2023. We followed the instructions in the notice and submitted to USCIS.
Once approved, “CARD WAS PRODUCED” on July 10, 2023 and delivered today, July 13, 2023.

Hello.
Everyone else seems to have a specific updates such as 'case being actively reviewed', 'card being produced', etc.
Ever since my case got transferred from NBC to a FO far away from where I live, my uscis case status has been staying still even when I was sent a mail to take my fingerprints and RFE following right after.
Is this normal?
How can I get my uscis case status to be up to date?
My PD is February 2022, fingerprints taken in March 2022, non-medical RFE response made in August 2022.
When I reach out to live agent through Emma, the agent tells me that my case is processing normally and that's it.
Has anyone had a similar experience with no updates ever since the transfer? Specifically Newark FO is where my case got transferred to.
