RFE for I-130
After receiving RFE for I-485 (sponsorship document) on Jan 4 and submitting it on March 8th. we again Received RFE for I-130 (more proof of a bonafide marriage). Does this mean our case is more likely to be denied?? have any one of you guys gone through same situation, if Yes please let me know how it was. I am stressing out cause we literally submitted everything we have and we are in Dilemma because we only have stuffs from the time we started processing to now. worried if its not gonna be enough again. #RFE #I-485

Asking for more evidence is a sign they r working on your case and they want to make a decision but they need more clarity on some issue. so as much as u can provide plz endeavor to do so. Pray you r approved soon

@Sanju Khatri base on what I am seeing here when they asked for RFE proof of marriage maybe they are going to waive your interview, so send pics along with what u send before and if anything new added

@Ola Fak Tax transcripts, pictures,affidavits from family &friends ,insurance, bank accounts savings &checking, bills etc everything showing our shared life.

@Sanju Khatri I sent a service request on 20th then on 21st my case went to actively reviewed and got approved on 22nd

don't worry! if you guys can get some more affidavit from friends and family, and take some more pictures of your current residence. take pic of both of you in your home, take pics of living arrangements, photos y’all may have printed with you and partner hanging on wall/ sitting on furniture.
