request of evidence I -485
hi I did receive below RFE , so for below I will send all docs available on IRS website but wondering if any extra form is needed , no so sure what is for federal tax return , and state and federal tax disclosure. I will appreciate your inputs

Submit sponsor's complete Federal income tax return for the current tax year. The petitioning sponsor, on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member, must submit a complete Federal income tax return submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for the most recent tax year.
IRS tax return transcript along with the federal tax returns you filed that you and your spouse filed for the past 3 years; if you filed separately from your spouse, you must provide IRS tax return transcripts along with the tax returns for both you and your spouse.
State and federal income tax disclosures, including Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statements, for you and your spouse;

I received that RFE along with my medical. the problem was my husband never filed his tax returns for 2022 we just use 2020- 2021 but they want the most recent taxes

we of to do the i864 for 2022 and send 1040 and the W2s along with copy of drivers license and birth certificate.
