How long did it took for you? Mine was filed (I-485, I-765 , I-131) April 23 and received a receipt notice only for my I-485 april 28th. Have not received receipt notices for either the I-765 OR the I-31 and I'm worried...

I did received the notice too I was approved for EAD AND I-131 parole currently waiting on the I-485 been waiting for 10 months now

@Norma A Jimenez did you receive individual receipt notices for each form or only the receipt notice for the I-485 ?

yes It took around 6 or 7 weeks to receive it. If not you can always have your lawyer inquire for those forms. At least that’s what I did

It could also be a mistake, it happened to me. they scanned I-765 as evidence for I-485 and I kept calling and sending messages on my account and emailing the lockbox. Only after 45 days from PD they realized they did a mistake and they just started processing my EAD 🤦. So, if u have any suspicions you should email the lockbox or the service centre that received ur case!! Spam them! Now I'm suspecting that they didn't scan and upload all my documents to my account while I sent them an extremely organized case review by a paralegal but they can't even scan the documents right. I'm shiting myself that it may cause me further delays as my case just changed status to now actively being reviewed. So, I just emailed to make sure I have physical proof for a complaint before they accuse me of not sending certain documents!

thanks @Nas Sol! I was able to get in contact with USCIS over the phone and they gave me receipt notices for both I-131 and I-765. for some reason they did not send them via email but at least now I know they have them and I can track them

@Daisy Ng were you able to talk to a tier 1 agent? getting a lawyer involved might be a good a idea
