@JENNIFER AHANA I am really sorry to hear that. Queens FO average processing time is 32.5 months. Queens FO received my case on April 5th 2023 and I have yet to hear from them and don't believe I would anytime soon 😕. I wrote to the Whitehouse, ombudsman and congresswomam, all to no avail. My PD Sept 16 2022 I-130 application received & receipt notice sent I-485 actively reviewing (since biometrics)

@m-Mc C I chatted with Agent from USCIS this Morning & I was told my I-130 case has been transferred to my Local Office Queens 3 days ago.

@JENNIFER AHANA last month I was finally told by Emma that my interview was waived but they tell everyone that so I'll believe it when I get it in writing from my FO. My I-130 is at NBC while my I-485 is at Queens FO. My combo card was approved in January 2023 after expediting 3 times and waiting for feedback about 4 months.

@Sept 16, 2022 . pls confirm via the live agent, if they transferred all your cases I-130, I-485. I had my spouse talk to a live agent yesterday for the I-130 & he was told the file was transferred to Queens Field Office & I just chatted again with a Live Agent now & I was told my I-485 was waived & the case transferred to Queens. Meanwhile, I-130 processing time @ NBC is 50 months. I have seen people from that same field office that successfully went through it less than a year. Our cases are different. I don't believe that I have to wait for almost 3 years to get Green Card.

@jhoe jhoe hahaha 😆 that was what I said when I was waiting for my EAD. U will worry until U get US citizenship.
