I am hoping to receive some guidance/info on a medical RFE response. My mom received the RFE for medical from the USCIS on March 1, 2023. The completed paperwork was delivered on March 16, 2023, per our tracking info given my our immigration attorney. It's been over 4 months now without any response from USCIS. Our immigration attorney tells us to be patient. My mom's online account says she has passed the response date, and USCIS will consider this when reviewing her case. We have completed a service request online but that has been one month without any response from USCIS. Has anyone else been in this situation? Do we just sit back and be "patient" as our immigration attorney tells us to do? Any feedback will be appreciated. We filed our case on 7/29/22 at the Dallas FO. #i-485 #i-130 #familybasedvisas
