case expired showing in CEAC when I look up at the individual it shows No status can someone help me or explain to mean what it’s exactly means already talked to too lawyers one told me everything is fine and the other said the visa expired and I need to summit another i 30 or take them to the court.

am the petitioner for my wife F2A, she is already DQed waiting for her interview for 7months now. we just had a baby and I want to add the baby as derivative (Accompany) to her mum's petitioner in NVC. my question is which one of the DQed will the embassy determine to give an interview appointment, my wife DQed or our baby's DQED? thanks

hello can someone please help me, I’m currently in a unfortunate toxic marriage and wanting to leave .
I’ve been trying to stick it out with my husband and simply waiting until I get my ten year green card which I filed since last year June 10,2021 it’s now September 11,2022 I’ve gotten no interview and also wasn’t called in for biometrics; they sent me a later earlier this year stating that they will simply re use my biometrics from the first time I had gotten my previous green card.
our apartment least is up next year March and I refuse to sign another year lease with him and stay in the marriage. I’m mentally drained, mentally abused and even physically abused though he’s put hands on me twice it’s still abuse. the first time he said he’d never do it again but that was a lie …
can I file for citizenship without him..? I mean at first when we got together everything was fine but years later he and I just couldn’t get along. we still live together and Im just pretending like I’m a happy wife, we haven’t had sex in three years, we have been on and off sleeping in the same bedroom. currently not sleeping in the same bedroom he’s on the couch and I’m in the bedroom alone. we meet when he was 41 he’s currently 51…
I’ve caught him talking to other females and hiding the messages, one time he and this female that he works with had a chat just tarnishing my name said to her that he doesn’t think I’m happy, we’re toxic and that he’s only with me because I have a car. he’s 51 and never once bought a car of his own … since I’ve moved to America in 2017 I have owned two cars that I purchased on my own, I’m not big on smokers and I just found out this year he’s been hiding smoking behind my back for three plus years.. and told his friend not to ever tell me. I only found out because in went to pick him up from work and saw him standing outside lighting one.
I basically just want to leave but afraid it will mess up me waiting for my green card. I got a email stating that within 60 (now until October 15) I should get a update or further info on my case. but I’m to the point where I can’t take being here with him anymore,
my goal is that if I don’t hear anything from USCIS that to file for waiver or cizitzenship January and simply find somewhere else to live. I have even sent in something last week to my congressman to see if I can get help
VISA FOR MY FATHER. PLEASE HELP
Me and my wife waiting for our EB3-1 case to be approved. We want my father to come to visit us for two weeks, we have an appointment for him for a B1/B2 tourist visa.
He had been rejected for the visa once back in 2020 and the consul told him that I changed my status in the US that's why he can't give him the visa. Is it fair? I moved from F1 to EB3-1.
QUESTION: Is there any way to contact the Congressman or any service so I can guarantee that my father will leave the US after 15 days of visiting us?
I really don't want him to get denied a visa for 2nd time. The upcoming visa appointment is in 10/10/2022
