Is it possible to travel to Canada with layover flight in Seattle Washington while my i130 is pending?

yes I’m traveling from outside the US. a lot of the flights available have layover in Washington.

as long as you’re not leaving the airport, you’ll be fine. you won’t cross the US border if you just stay at the airport and wait for your flight

nope, that’s incorrect @Ana . You need to have a transit visa “C” visa if you by any means are entering usa, even if it is airport

@Sep23 I googled it and apparently you’re right! I supposed US is like any other country that doesn’t make you cross the border to change a flight. indeed, @YM needs to apply for a transit visa
